What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

The Slayed Collection supplies premium 100% human hair products, including wigs, bundles, frontals, and closures. In accordance with hygiene, health, and safety standards within Queensland, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products once purchased.

This policy is in place to protect the quality, integrity, and hygiene of all products supplied to our clients.

Please ensure all order details, lengths, colours, and selections are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery at contact@theslayedcollection.com with your order number and supporting images where applicable.

The Slayed Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
Is your hair 100% human hair?

Yes, all Slayed Collection units, bundles, closures, and frontals are made using premium 100% virgin human hair
How many bundles are recommended for a full install?

For a standard full install, we recommend a minimum of 3 bundles depending on your desired fullness and length preference.

3 bundles are recommended for a full, luxury result, while 4 bundles are ideal for extra fullness and maximum thickness
Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes, we offer pickup from our partnered location only.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours once processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note this is strictly a partner pickup location, and collections are only available during the partner store’s business hours. Ensure you wait for confirmation before attending
What is the processing and shipping timeframe?

Please allow 1–2 business days for order fulfilment and processing prior to dispatch.

Once shipped, delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post network estimates:

• Standard Australia Post: approximately 2–8 business days

• Express Post: approximately 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing
