Thank you for shopping with The Slayed Collection! Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, timeframes, and important policies.




1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Processing time for ready-to-ship units is typically 3–5 business days.

• Custom or styled wigs may take 5–14 business days to complete, depending on the complexity and current order volume.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.




2. Shipping Timeframes

• Once your order is processed, shipping time begins.

• Domestic shipping (within Australia): 2–7 business days depending on location and courier.

• International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination.


Note: Shipping time does not include order processing time.




3. Signature on Delivery


All packages are shipped with signature required on delivery to ensure your order is received securely.

• We do not authorize packages to be left unattended or marked as “safe dropped.”

• If no one is available to sign, you will need to arrange a redelivery or collection through the shipping carrier.




4. Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

• If you haven’t received your tracking details after the processing timeframe, feel free to contact us.




5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

• We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!




6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

• The Slayed Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend.




7. Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

• The Slayed Collection is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by postal services.

• We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.




8. International Orders

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Customs processing may delay delivery — unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
